Our Mission
Sooch Foundation seeks to make a positive and permanent change in the lives of economically disadvantaged people in Austin through increased educational opportunities.
Our Focus
The Sooch Foundation supports organizations that:
Operate in Central Texas;
Focus on young adults and adults (14 years and older);
Have a proven track record for effectively engaging the individuals they serve; and
Offer services that result in better jobs, wages and life skills for individuals.
While we value high organizational and programmatic performance, we maintain a portion of our funding for time-limited grants and early stage ideas that align with our mission and grantmaking focus.
